16" Jazz Guitarguitar side bending pattern - round cutaway (Venetian)
Sturdy design, made-fit on CNC, comes as flat pack kit.
Compatible to side bending machines based on Charles Fox design (6" / 152mm).
Use this bending pattern with 100mm heat mats.

Two birch plywood side walls + 12x100mm aluminum rods
Fixation hole (12,5mm) on waist centerline
Patterns external dimensions: 202 x 480mm x 100mm (3-15/16") + 2 wooden spacers for centering 152mm (6")
Shape of pattern smaller to compensate side’s thickness
