Use this bending pattern with 100mm heat mats.

Two birch plywood side walls + 12mm aluminum rods

Fixation hole (12,5mm) on waist centerline

Patterns external dimensions: 201,5 x 482mm x 100mm (3,94") + 2 bottom feets 152mm

Shape of pattern smaller to compensate side’s thickness
