For Deutsche Post listed countries only (app. 60 countries worldwide). Please choose this shipping method if:
The total invoice amount is below 50EUR
The consignment is to be delivered outside Germany
if no dangerous goods (solvent-based adhesives, sprays, etc.) is included
it is light (<1000g) and small commodity

Please note that the postal service sometimes does not offer continuous tracking.
Requests for investigation can take up to 40 days, depending on the country, e.g. after 30 days.
Parcel shipping is recommended in case of doubt.
Light Mail shipping up to 0.4 kg for 11.80€ / up to a maximum of 1.0 kg for 19.80€
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 9 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that there is no shipping and delivery on weekends, Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
Minimum order value

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and public institutions.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.

Do not change and use it!
Report the damage to the freight carrier and create a detailed damage report
(DHL: damage affirmation through the driver. Send the damage report within 24 hours to us - without these any regulation possible).
