Good quality bone, well shaped so you can concentrate on the “fine tuning” of this saddle. It is also well sanded, no scratches due to mechanical cuts. The slight curve in the middle is useful for flat fingerboards too, even if you look for low action (d – g strings are often the worst buzz-makers, better keep them not too close to the frets).
